This website is operated by Rockabilly Roasting Co. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable product costs. Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Coffee is a natural product — flavor can vary slightly between batches.

ORDERS

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation means we have received your order and charged your payment method. If we are unable to fulfill any part of your order, we will contact you and issue a refund for that portion.

SHIPPING

We roast to order and typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our facility.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select. You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Coffee is perishable, so we generally cannot accept returns. If something is wrong with your order — damaged in shipping, wrong item, or a quality issue — contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

Wholesale pricing and terms are available to approved accounts only. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or suspend wholesale accounts at our discretion. Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be publicly shared.

ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rockabilly Roasting Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
